The nature of the product and services provided by the Falkland Engineering places particular emphasis on experience, and skills to maintain quality and delivery. The policy of the management is to provide these products and services in a manner which conforms to contractual and regulatory requirements.
To achieve the policy objectives, we are committed to establish and maintain effective Quality Systems conforming to the requirements of the relevant sections of ISO 9001 - 2000, Quality Management Systems – Requirements. The Quality Objectives are defined by Management and reviewed periodically at each Management Review.
Falkland Engineering’s ultimate aim is to ensure the continuing growth and improving prosperity of the company by ensuring total customer satisfaction. This is achieved through continual improvement of the Management System and the company’s products and processes.
It is a requirement of employment that all employees follow the process and work in accordance with the processes and practices described in the Policy Manual.
Finally, to ensure that Falkland Engineering fully meets the stated policy objectives, the effectiveness of the documented quality management system is subject to regular review by the Management Team. Action is taken to continually improve the system. |
